We met friendly efficient and exceptionally helpful employees.

Greatly enjoyed our superior king room with lovely view. It had convenient and absolutely perfect location near restaurant and Brasserie, a basic pub that had heaps more class than Crewe Hall and the bistro 

The room here had great amenities like a fireplace, a safe, and an iron, and the location was peaceful and convenient for everything I planned to do.

Stocked and brand-new room with tea/coffee making equipment, a safe, and an iron. Good food, especially more than adequate and savoury breakfast. All in all beautiful and incredible location, close enough to lake or large pond, 

Pleasant and clean hotel with stunning design. Tasty breakfast with cheese and turkey, welcoming employees.- Marvellous and stunning location in Crewe.- Very close to spa, bar, restaurant, food and drink areas and an industrial park.- 

The restaurant was lovely for dinner here, I had very pleasant dishes. The location was stunning and magnificent for exploring Crewe. The property was set in a very pleasant area.

The room here is nicely decorated and comes with all the essentials like coffee/tea making stuff, a safe, and an iron - super handy! 🛏️ Plus, the full English breakfast is pretty satisfying; I really savored every bite.

The room was a nice size and the facilities included a fireplace, a safe, and an iron. Its location was quiet, close enough to the main restaurant, the bistro where breakfast was well run and tasty, 

The brand-new hotel was a characterful base for a wedding celebration. All the staff members were hard-working and friendly. The breakfast offered was more than adequate with great healthy nutritional options. 

The staff members were exceptional and consistently courteous. The location was marvellous, just next door to hill and up to the Chester area.

The staff at Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa are very caring. The rooms are tastefully decorated and well-stocked.- The views across the gardens are absolutely breathtaking.

Reserved a room with lovely views of the gardens and woods, which featured a spacious bed, bathtub, and walk-in shower, all situated in a beautiful brasserie setting.

A beautifully furnished unit featuring a luxurious 4-poster bed set in a stunning and pleasant location.

The hotel's location was magnificent, near to the leisure complex, the bistro where breakfast was well run and tasty, and the restaurant for breakfast too. They gave us a superior king room with the bedrooms having large beds.
